SHIPPING
When ordering ready made pieces, please allow 2-3 days for your order to be packed before it is shipped out. Our business operates during the week days, orders placed during the weekend will be processed the next working day. Orders cannot be cancelled after being placed as they would have been processed by our team.

Please note SIMPLICITÉ can not take responsibility for delays due to customs clearance as this is beyond our control. Orders do not include possible taxes and duties which may be applied by customs authorities on delivery into your country. Import Duties and Taxes are the responsibility of the customer. If you fail to comply with customs and consequently the parcel is returned to SIMPLICITÉ you will be liable for the additional fee’s charged for return and re-delivery.
